R. Lyon’s pedagogy is centered around the goal of empowering creative storytellers through logic, critical reasoning,  and play.  He takes the overly technical or contrasting theories of story structure and re-imagines them.  The lessons are grounded and approachable, meaningful, and --most importantly-- applicable. His philosophy is guided by the belief that the more we learn, the more we learn we know nothing, and are all of us are here to explore that Great Mystery together— every voice is needed, and therefore must be empowered, nourished, and appreciated.
